Code generated through our automated services for clients remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Cantech Academy retains ownership of the AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology used to generate code.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our automated services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control including internet service provider issues, natural disasters, or third-party service outages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cantech Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cantech Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect client information. All client code and proprietary information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
